      Contemplative Living, 10:30 AM
      Sunday, July 10, 2011
Thomas Merton defined "contemplative living" as purposefully engaging in activities intended to deepen our relationship with self, ultimate reality/God, others and the world/earth/nature. During the height of summer busyness, we all need time to step back, breath and create a sacred pause. In this service we will celebrate writings, music and practices to support a more contemplative, or mindful, way of living in these four dimensions from a UU perspective.

Sunday, July 24, 10:30 AM. Childcare and RE at 10:30
      ìOur Past Year: A Retrospectiveî
This service is the last time Rabbi Chava is scheduled to be with the congregation as it enters its interim relationship, so we will travel across the moments we have shared this past year through readings, music and reflections on forgiveness, mysticism, inner peace/world peace, and the UU
language for the sacred. By gently retouching these themes, we bless one another in a time of new beginnings.
